From a very young age, I had a strong desire to help people, and to help them heal emotionally, spiritually and physically.  I spent my college years majoring in spiritual studies, and later began a fourteen year career as an office administrator and scheduler in a busy cardiology office.  During that time, I researched and discovered the therapeutic and healing properties of essential oils, which prompted me to share my love and knowledge of them.  My desire to help people with spiritual growth, health and healing led me to study Reiki, and ultimately to become a Holy Fire Reiki Master.  In 2015 I founded Lady of the Lake Healing services providing Reiki and vibrational sound healing in combination with essential oils (by request).

In my free time, I’m hiking, on my bike, by the sea or anywhere outdoors.  I get in as much time as possible with my two daughters, son and three granddaughters, who are my heart and soul.  I live in beautiful Coeur d’ Alene Idaho with my amazing spouse Michael, and his son.
